        • MY INTERSHIP IN PRAGUE

From 18 th September 2023 to 30 th September 2023 I participated an internship in Prague. At first we had an interview for this work experience with intermediaries and supervisors our intership in the meeting building . When we finished, we went back to the hotel.

Being in Prague was so grandious. We saw a lot of historical monuments. We were on Charles Bridge which is one of the atractions of the city. I was very interedted in for culture of Prague and I was very happy that I had the opportunity to see Prague for the second time. On the second day, we visited the Prague castle. It was evening and there was a wonderful romantic atmosphere of the setting sun. I wished I was there with my girlfried. I had to take photos. The third day we had a guided tour around the city. It was so long, however, we learnt lots of
facts from the Prague history, my legs were quite alright but girls complained that we walked kilometers for all day.

Next day we had to work. I worked in Swiss company with my classmate Daniel Baran. There was the river Vltava. They are engaged in the production of extract CBD and disinfection.. I worked on a computer in program of accouting Odoo. Our tutors were nice to us.

The best thing was that we got money from the project Erasmus+ and moreover they paid for every trip for us. So we enjoyed these things for free. We were satisfied with the money because we could buy everything what we wanted.

At the weekend we went for a trip to Karlove Vary to visit a glass factory which was founded by Moser. We were walking on the street when we saw the market. So we bought. It was interesting, but pitty, we couldn ́t see more because it was too short.

However, my best experience was when we went on a boat trip on the river Vltava. Music, sky of stars, seat the tables only for us and many different types of meals. A lot of food. It was great, beautiful and it wasn ́t cheap.

So I was really happy grateful, that Erasmus paid this for us. Anyway, I have decided to sign up again next year. I will be very happy if I can repeat this experience.

          WORKING PRACTICE REPORT

Hi, I am Natália. I am 18 and I currently studying at Business Academy in Ružomberok. Our school every year participades in the EU mobility - program ERASMUS+. Students from 3th and 4. grade go for two weeks abroad to earn some new skills and perfect the ones they have already had. Aside of it they meet new people, try to live independently and learn how to cooperate. All before that we had to write our CP, cover letter and go to the interview with our teachers. There were conditions we had to accomplish.
This year we went to Leipzig /17 – 30.9.2023/. We lived in Schkeuditz - town in the district of Nordsachsen, in the Free State of Saxony, Germany. Our accommondation was very cozy, but the best thing about it was that our dinning hall and work were like 15metres from us. There were also some rules, like no drinking ... Place we work was big, 4 groups of students would fit in. We worked in specifict hours: 9-12:30 ; lunch break ; 13-15. when we end our day we always cleaned up after ourselfs. Our work was to create some contact and then made offers for them. I would say in was some kind of programating but we learn a lot. Our supervisor was Mr. Martin Kozlovsky. He had his own opinions, we didn't like him very much. He was giving us side eyes all the time and also he was making horrible grimaces. I asked him if he could help me because something wasnt working on my PC and he said „and?“.... He was not willing at all. In the end it was a good practice experience, I would do it in real life as a job, but not with him as my leading person.

          WORKING PRACTICE REPORT

My name is Kristina Zelencova, and I am a 4th grade student at Business Academy in Ruzomberok. I took part in the Erasmus + program in Germany. I went there to fulfil mandatory working practice and gain new work experience. The program was held in Scheuditz from 17th to 30th September 2023. My schoolmates and I lived in a dormitory, while teachers had their own apartment in the apartment building. The company we were working at, called Vitalis Internship, was right between those buildings. The company consisted of centres divided by the field in which they offered the practice. We were working in the computer room with other trainees. Our job included working in a program called FileMaker 17. We were creating databases about our products and customers. We also programmed the offers and invoices so they will be automatically made and sent to the customers.
Our mentor, Martin Kozlovsky, was very strict in the beginning. He did so to teach us how to be more productive and "win" in the future. Our day began with breakfast at 8 a.m. and continued with work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. After the work we had all the time for ourselves except for the trips. I liked that I could try programming and making a plan in a reality. The only thing I did not like was the atmosphere at the beginning of the program. I can imagine doing this job in the future, but not for too long.

Hi my name is Aneta and this is my working practice report about work in Leipzig. We lived in a city called Schkeuditz in Vitalis Gut Wehlitz. Accommodation and job where we worked were at the same place so we didnt have to travel. We started at 9am and lunch break were at half past one, then we continue from 1pm to 3pm. The first day we were just getting to know each other and then we worked on a computers. Everyone made a new company where we had to make and sell our products. I chose hoodies. We needed to make invoices to our orders. I didnt like our mentor Martin bcs he jugded us everyday but he taught us how to make a small company.
We met people from Bulgaria and two Slovak groups from Michalovce and Vranov nad Topľou. They didnt want to talk to us but we found out that they were doing the same work as us. We were in Leipzig ZOO, we had a tour around Berlin and Leipzig, and then we went to Oktoberfest. I dont know if I want to go back but it was an amazing experience.

          WORKING PRACTICE REPORT

My name is Sabina and as student in the third year of Business Academy from the department of dual education. I had the opportunity to use the knowledge I learned at school in foreign practise ERASMUS+. This working practice lasted 14 days, from 17th September to 30 September. Before the school year ended, I had to create my own CV and cover letter in the Slovak and English languages. After that I had to practicipate in a interview.

We travelled to Prague by bus. We were accommodated in 3-star hotel called Abito Hotel. It was a classic hotel a little further from the center of Prague. In the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner and I liked them as well. I worked in the organization called the Slovak Institute in Prague, which deals with spreading the culture, traditions and works of Slovakia.

I went to work at 9 o´clock to 4 PM. Since I should have 35 hours worked per week, we divided it into 7 hours a day on work days. I had an extremely good team that had no problem advising me and showing me how to proceed at work. By lunchtime, I was doing various handouts, putting previous events and subsequent events on the website. Then I sent it to my tutor Timothy. I was also at an event organized by the Slovak Institute. This concerned the International Day of Languages specifically for children. There was a lot of team activity and I really enjoyed it.

Apart from work at the Slovak Institute, we used to go on trips. We got to know Prague, we also had an instructor who guided us around the old town and showed us historical monuments and their stories. I evaluate foreign practice great. I had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience and met new people. I;ve taken a lot from it and I hope to be a part of it next year too.

          WORKING PRACTICE REPORT

My name is Nina Vlková. I am student of Business Academy. I took a part in an foreign internship in Prague. This internship is provided by our school withing a programme ERASMUS +. I was there for 14 days - from 17th to 30th of September. I worked in a state-owned company specifically in ‘’Národní zemědelské muzeum’’. It is a museum that specializes in agricultural activity. In the museum they have many exhibitions with different machines and indoor gardens with many different plants. The museum is very big. They have one floor dedicated only to offices. On this floor this the company provided a big kitchen with refrigerator and coffee maker. The floor also had little chat area with couches. It was very cozy and pleasant. I liked that the company was trying to make a good place for the workers. Almost everyone worked for 8 hours. Every day I started work at 8:00 and finished at 15:00 or 16:00. First I turned on the pc and a had daily plan from my boss. The plan was divided into 10 working days, during which I had to complete the three assigned tasks. First task was to recover the old Contacts of the
Museum Director. Second task was to rewrite a ten-page quote from the museum. And the third task was to archive the museum's books and magazines. I liked this place but some of the workers weren’t really nice, but it was incredible experience and I would definitely go again.

My name is Adam Jurica. I am 19 years old and I study at the Business Academy in Ružomberok. I go to the 4th grade, which is also my graduation grade. At our time in Leipzig, we worked as a group in a single room. The supervisor was rough at the start, but he just wanted to discipline us a bit. We would work on computers and we would work with an app called FileMaker. We could program and make our own contacts list, products list and make it all interactive so that we can click from one list to another. We could also quickly send an invoice or order materials. The goal was to teach us effectiveness and how to make work easier while maintaining order. We would start working at 9:00. We would have lunch break at 12:30 and then at 13:00 we would work until 15:00. I personally enjoyed the time I worked there. When we finished our work, two people would be chosen to clean up the floor and then we would be free to leave. The atmosphere felt very fast paced and I liked it because it felt like at work. I really liked the attitude and honesty of our supervisor, but it made me feel anxious at times. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it very much. I liked this whole experience and I think we learned some useful stuff. Besides the work itself, we learned about discipline, effectiveness, teamwork and how managing your own business works.
